Note: Children under 1 ride free when held. Car seats are not permitted

Assigned seating is utilized, groups wishing to be seated together must purchase tickets at the same time. We are unable to accommodate later add-ons.

Coupons and passes not accepted for this event.

PREPAID ADVANCE RESERVATIONS are required, there is extremely limited walk-up availability, if any.

Phone reservations available on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00AM to 5:00PM beginning Tuesday November 1, 2011 Messages left may not be returned due the volume of calls received.

Mail in reservations using checks, money orders, or credit cards will be accepted until Tuesday, November 22, 2011 for any departure.

Reservations are final 72 hours prior to departure, NO refund for unused seats.

Advance tickets are available by mail or via our secure internet site with guaranteed seating. We accept Discover, MasterCard or Visa, checks or money orders for mailed orders.

Trip Duration Ride is about an hour round trip. Travel on the Carson Express to our North Pole and return with Santa & Mrs. Claus. After boarding they will return to Jefferson visiting with all on aboard. Santa presents each child with a small gift and candy canes for everyone at departure. Santa and Mrs. Claus are available for pictures at Jefferson.

Weather Considerations should the weather become extreme this event may be canceled. Correct contact information is important as we will call should this occure. Refunds by original payment method will be made within ten business days.

Coaches All are enclosed, decorated for the season and heated. There is one lavatory availableble after leaving town.
